Acorn Hill
All of Acorn Hill's cheeses are made here on our small family farm in our micro-creamery. We primarily use the milk of our goats to produce our cheeses but we do bring in local cow milk during the winter months. In addition to cheese we also produce goat milk fudge. Our fudge is creamier and slightly less sweet than other fudge you may have tried so stop by the farmer's market for a sample. Soap is another product made using our goat's milk. We have reformulated our soaps to use more organic oils and essential oils.

Block Factory Tamales
We are a small company based in Germantown, NY and our focus is making tamales using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. I like to describe our tamales as "gourmet with a southern twist". Originally from Tennessee, I developed my tamale recipes incorporating some traditional southern ingredients. Block Factory Tamales are made by hand with 80% of the ingredients sourced from local farms. The corn flour is organic and gluten free and is sourced from Wild Hive in Clinton Corners, NY. The meats are locally raised and free range from North Wind Farms in Tivoli, NY. I am lucky to have access to fresh vegetables even in the winter months due to my proximity to several farms that use greenhouses to raise vegetables year round. My vegetable sources include: Migliorelli Farms in Tivoli, NY; Madura Farms in Middleton, NY; Blue Star Farms in Stuyvesant, NY and Eger Brothers in Hudson, NY.

Chocolate Revolution
Chocolate Revolution is a brand new company specializing in raw chocolate morsels that are sweetened with agave nectar. Elise Pittelman, the creative force behind this business eliminated sugar from her diet years ago out of her commitment to her health. She found the only thing she missed was chocolate, so she began experimenting with raw chocolate and agave nectar. Agave nectar is a natural sweetener that does not make your blood sugar level spike, and raw chocolate is a super food with more anti-oxidants than any other food. You will definitely want to taste this delicious healthy alternative chocolate. For more information, contact Elise at elisepitt@yahoo.com |
