Healthy Eating Series

The Healthy Eating Series continues this Saturday, September 4th, at the Kingston Farmers’ Market. Join chef/nutritionist Noel Conklin as she prepares sauerkraut, the natural way. Crafts on John Street will be at the Market this weekend with wonderful wares from talented Hudson Valley artisans. From glazed stoneware and handcrafted jewelry, to handmade soap, glass art and more. Representatives from the Forsyth Nature Center will be on hand with information, fun and some special guests. Sign up continues for Operation Frontline, a program of Share Our Strength, funded in part by ConAgra Foods and brought to the Hudson Valley by the Queen's Galley. This free series about healthy choices in cooking and eating is for kids ages 6 - 12 and their parents or guardians. It will be held weekly at the Kingston Farmers' Market beginning in September.
