Do you hate saying goodbye to the Kingston Farmers' Market every November? Well, don't!

Announcing the Kingston Farmers' Winter Market held from December through April at The Old Dutch Church, in Bethany Hall, on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Many of your favorite vendors will be there. Currently:
Acorn Hill Farm, Bread Alone, Block Farm Tamales, Chocolate Revolution, Full Moon Farms, Hudson Coffee Traders, Highland Farms, Joia Foods, Luigi Oils, Maynard Farms, Panzarella's, Ray Tousey Honey, Spacey Tracy Pickles, Winter Sun Farm, Wrights Farm as well as several Crafts vendors.

Crafts on John Street Returns -
Every 1st & 3rd Saturday each month
Talented, local, Hudson Valley artisans showcase their wares in a wonderful, historic setting twice a month at the Kingston Farmers' Market. Handmade soap, jewelry, glass art, hand-made one-of-a-kind kid's tees, matted and framed photographs of the Hudson Valley, hand-spun yarn, one-of-a-kind clothes, sun hats, an all-natural line of hand-made vegetable-based skin care products such as soaps, message oils, bath salts, moisturizers, handmade, natural, vintage, recycled, green and repurposed accessories are just some of the wares you'll find from this talented group of local Hudson Valley artisans.


The Healthy Eating Series Returns -
The 2nd & 4th Saturday each month
Sensational Strawberries, Jam-in June, Bountiful Blueberries, Cornucopia of Corn, Kids Can Cook Too!, Tons of Tomatoes, Salads as Meals, Beneficial Beans, Glorious Greens, Fermentation Preservation, Desserts from the Garden and a Thanksgiving Harvest are the topics our nutritionists will be covering this season. Join Lysa Ingalsbe, RN, Certified Health Coach, and Noel Conklin, H.H.C., AADP as they demonstrate how to make and prepare these amazing dishes and treats.


The Storytelling Series Returns -
The 3rd Saturday each month
Organized by City of Kingston Story Laureate, Karen Pillsworth, this series brings to life days of old and so much more in the wonderful historic setting of Kingston's Stockade District. Join Kate Dudding, Laurie McIntosh, Janet Carter, Maggie Whelan, Betty Cassidy and Karen Pillsworth as they entertain, teach and amuse you with their tales.

Saturday, January 16th

The Kingston Farmers' Winter Market continues this Saturday, January 21st, at 10:00 a.m., in Bethany Hall at the Old Dutch Church in historic Uptown Kingston. The Hall is filled to capacity with over 20 vendors selling: fresh meats and vegetables, breads, pastries, jam and jelly, fresh milk and ice cream, honey, wine, infused olive oil, hand-made crafts, heirloom seeds and so much more! Support local farmers and artisans while supporting the local economy.


The Kingston Farmers' Market regretfully announces that three of our local farmers have been seriously affected by hurricane Irene:

- Davenport Farms
- River Garden
- RSK Farm

Global Palate (w Cafe Mio) is hosting a dinner for the Kiley Family (RSK Farms) Nov 6th @6pm $100pp. RSVP Global Palate (845-384-6590).

The Queens Galley is a Red Cross Collection site. They are accepting non-perishable, nutritious NO COOK foods (i.e. tuna, beans, nut butters, preserves, jams, jellies, dried meats) as well as hygiene and safety, clean up items (hand sanitizer, work gloves, under wear, socks, back to school supplies, hair brushes, tooth paste, deodorant, shampoo, etc). Items can be dropped at the Queens Galley booth at the market or at Queens Galley 254 Washington Ave.
